Keene State College Residence Hall Receives Silver LEED Certification
A Residence Hall at Keene State College received Silver LEED certification by the United States Green Building Council. MacMillin was the Construction Manager for two residence halls, Pondside III and One Butler Court, that were designed by Newman Partner Architects and Lavallee Brensinger Architects. Both buildings were built using LEED criteria, but only Pondside III was submitted for LEED certification. Both buildings are excellent examples of green design and construction remaining true to the building's purpose and also achieving exceptional design, function and sustainability.
