Bill graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has over 30 years of construction experience, including management of some of MacMillin's largest projects. He twice served as President of the local chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. He is also the recipient of the "Construction Industry Ethics" Award. As Chairman and CEO, Bill provides advice and counsel to the management team and concentrates on business development efforts throughout New England.

Tad graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in finance and the University of Colorado with a master's degree in Architecture. He currently holds licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont and Colorado. As President, Tad is responsible for MacMillin's growth and market strategy and maintaining MacMillin's commitment to a providing our clients with the highest and most professional level of construction services.

Peter graduated from Northeastern University with a Civil Engineering degree and later received an MBA from the University of Massachusetts. As Executive Vice President, Peter provides leadership support of all construction activities ensuring MacMillin projects are completed successfully with attention to detail. Peter is currently on the Board of the Associated General Contractors of New Hampshire.

Jennie graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. As Controller, Jennie directs and coordinates all accounting procedures and functions. Jennie has responsibility for all financial records, payroll, banking and daily operation of the accounting department.

Bruce received his degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute in Boston, MA. He has over 30 years of estimating experience with MacMillin. As Chief Estimator, Bruce is responsible for all aspects of MacMillin’s estimating department.

Greg joined MacMillin in 1990 with a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, and several years of field experience. Greg has developed the company’s Safety Program, including all training and weekly site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and the safety of our workers and our job sites. Greg has served on the safety committees of the Associated General Contractors and the Association of Builders and Contractors.

Sarah graduated from Trinity College in Hartford CT, and received her MBA from Simmons School of Management in Boston, MA. Sarah manages all proposals and business development activities for MacMillin.
