MacMillin’s most common service offering, construction management (CM), combines preconstruction and construction services with budget, schedule and quality controls to maintain project integrity. Our team approach demands and supports integrated design. We identify your project goals immediately and advocate for them during the design process. Our team provides constructability and cost data showing interrelations and impacts of all building system and material options, empowering your team to make informed decisions.
Design/Build Services
Our Design/Build services are perfect for projects that are tight on time and budget. Which projects aren’t tight on time and budget? With the option of using our in-house designers, or partnering with other architectural resources, the design/build approach forces design and budget to develop together.
Program Management and Project Support Services
MacMillin also offers full owner representation services to develop project goals and the project budget. For clients who have never been involved with a major construction project, MacMillin’s professionals develop their budgets, manage cash flows, and develop facility operation plans.
Facility Support Services
Repairs, fit-ups, modifications - our professionals can help you with your ongoing facility needs. Our staff is also available to respond to emergency needs, such as structural damage from accidents or fires. We can quickly assess the damage and provide necessary repairs.
