The renovation of an existing mental health hospital into a class A corporate office building began based on speculation, without a tenant involved. In order to meet the needs of the owner and potential future tenants, MacMillin began construction activity in advance of completed plans (fast-track). The multi-phased project was successfully completed, with final tenant fit-up for AETNA Insurance which now occupies the facility.
