MacMillin served as Construction Manager for renovations throughout the district. MacMillin provided comprehensive preconstruction services to help the school district plan and phase the construction activity around the ongoing needs of the school community. MacMillin was also the construction manager for the Plaistow Performing Arts Center (PAC).
