The historic library has recently celebrated it's 100th anniversary. The renovations to the building envelope and building systems will allow the library to efficiently serve the public for another 100 years.

Project scope consisted of the installation of a LULA (Limited Use/Limited Access) elevator including a rated elevator shaft. Also installation of new ADA rest rooms and staff kitchen. An entirely new electrical system including, power, lighting and fire alarm systems were installed. A new 300 amp electrical service is included as well as a new domestic water supply and oil tanks The new boiler and site improvements were completed in Oct/Nov of 06.
