MacMillin Appoints Walker to CEO, Schrantz to President and Tremblay to Excecutive Vice President
(April 28, 2009) - William C. Walker has been named Chief Executive Officer of The MacMillin Company, Inc. a construction services provider. Walker, a 37-year veteran of the company, served as president for 26 years. Tad M. Schrantz will become the fourth President of MacMillin and Peter M. Tremblay will become Executive Vice President.
As CEO and Chair of the Board, Walker will provide advice and counsel to the management team as well as concentrate on business development efforts throughout New England. As President, Schrantz will manage MacMillin's growth and market strategy. Tremblay, as Executive Vice President, will manage the company's operations and processes.
