Keene State College Chooses MacMillin for Campus Safety Project

MacMillin will be renovating the Keddy House at Keene State College, which will be the new home of Campus Safety.  The Keddy House is located at the intersection of Wyman Way and Main Street. The building will be one of the first stops for many visitors to the campus.

MacMillin Awarded Contract to Build Condominiums

MacMillin has been awarded a contract to manage the construction of four condominiums in Keene, NH.  The project, located at 137 Court Street, involves the renovation of a Victorian Style residence. The units will preserve the historical features of the building and are being designed by Daniel V. Scully Architects.

Dartmouth Printing

The renovation and expansion at Dartmouth Printing is currently ahead of schedule. The Owner is installing a new press line and everything is fitting well. MacMillin raised the roof, added new structural supports and new concrete pads to accomodate the press line. Once installed, MacMillin will begin finish work in and around the facility.

Keene State College Residence Hall Receives Silver LEED Certification

A Residence Hall at Keene State College received Silver LEED certification by the United States Green Building Council.
