MacMillin served as general contractor for the construction of a new 67,000 sf YMCA. The building includes a 6 lane, 25 yard lap pool; a zero-entry, handicap accessible therapy pool; a basketball gymnasium, gymnastics center, two studios, a climbing wall, a wellness center and a children’s day care facility. The structure is a steel frame metal building and includes significant use of curtain walls for natural daylighting.
