MacMillin served as general contractor for the construction of a new 171,000 sf Middle School, a 1,900 sf Field Storage Building, a 15,200 sf Administrative Office Building, a 2,000 sf Wood Chip Plant and 17 acres of site development, including a full-size track and multiple athletic fields. Energy efficient technologies and materials were incorporated throughout the building. MacMillin recycled over 75% of construction waste and the building envelope exceeded the air exchange goals.
