Keene State College Residence Halls

MacMillin was the construction manager for the Pondside III and One Butler Court Residence Halls at Keene State College.  Located on opposite edges of campus, these two dormitories serve as community based residence halls. The suite-style residence halls set a new standard for residence life at KSC. They include a variety of suite-style living arrangements ranging from five-person flats, to 12-person duplexes. Common areas are carefully crafted to maximize social engagement, and include common rooms, study rooms, game rooms, and common kitchen/cafes. Pondside III is USGBC certified LEED Silver.
