MacMillin provided construction management services for the renovation of Cottages 2 & 4. This included extensive preconstruction services to the Northfeld Mount Hermon Board of Trustees and Building Committee so they could determine the best use of their budget. Three options for renovation and/or expansion were studied, showing the costs and revenue benefits of the different scenarios. The renovations to the two cottage-style dormitories incorporated historic materials, allowing the buildings to once again be used for their intent, in their central campus location.
