As the Design/Build contractor for this 143,000 sf office building in West Falmouth, ME we worked closely with SMRT Architects. The building was completed ahead of schedule, meeting critical tenant occupancy dates and amid significant permitting issues. The building includes a wellness center and a disaster recovery center for data protection.
