Tallman Director of Field Operations Peter participated in the Civil Engineering program at New England College in New Hampshire and later received a certificate of Construction Management from Northeastern University. As Director of Field Operations, Peter is responsible for all of MacMillin's field activities. Peter is currently on the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
