MacMillin’s most common service offering, construction management (CM), combines the work of our estimating department (preconstruction) and our construction services to manage your project in your best interest. Our team approach demands and supports integrated design. We identify your project goals immediately and advocate for them during the design process. We implement “Lean Construction” techniques to integrate team perspectives and experience. We coordinate our services with the design team, so that the project progresses forward without the obstacles inherent in traditional linear design and construction. We adhere to the established budgets while the design evolves. Our policies and procedures ensure that the budget and process of design are continuously balanced and measured.

Compensation for the project has been addressed openly, so that we can focus on completing the project on schedule and under budget.
